Cardiovascular Nurse Navigator
Welcome to personalized cardiovascular care at Gulf Coast Medical Center. As the Cardiovascular Nurse Navigator at Gulf Coast Medical Center I have the unique opportunity to help our patients navigate their journey with heart and vascular disease so they don’t have to do it alone. I’m available to guide, assist and support our patients through their care from screening and education to diagnosis and treatment.
For my patients, I can:

- Provide personalized and seamless coordination of services for female cardiovascular patients.
- Assist physicians to get testing schedule quickly.
- Assist physicians to receive testing reports the same day.
- Provide education and support to each female regarding cardiovascular risk factor teaching, test and treatments, prep and expectation, medication actions, and necessary lifestyle changes.
- Maintain timely communication with the primary care physician as their patient moves through testing modalities.
