2007 Employee Recognition

1st Quarter - Donna Moore, Case Manager

Donna has been with us since August 2004.  Donna was commended by a family friend of a patient.  Donna came in contact with a patient that had passed away with no information as to the next of kin.  Through many diligent hours of searching she was able to track down the son's contact information.  The family was very appreciative of Donna's diligence, commitment and care. Donna definitely went above & beyond!

2nd Quarter - Pam Eggimann, Registered Nurse

Pam is an RN on 2S and has been with us since August 2005.  Pam was nominated by a patient who stated that she is “a breath of fresh air!  Whenever she walks in the room, she makes me forget my problems.  She is quick, gentle, caring, and capable.”  Pam was also nominated by several employees who are very thankful for her IV starting skills and coming to the rescue on several occasions to start those difficult IV’s.  Thank you Pam for your great customer service!

3rd Quarter - Bruce Nguyen, Registered Nurse

Great since of humor, excellent bedside manners, and exceptional service are just a few things that were said regarding Bruce Nguyen. One patient stated "he is our favorite nurse". An example of his great customer service came to us from an employee who wanted to let us know that he took the time to walk a patient’s wife out to her car at 3:00 in the morning. Going "Above & Beyond" is the best way to describe him. Bruce is an RN on 3N.

4th Quarter - Alecia Busick, EVS Tech

Alecia was nominated by several employees from Women’s Center. The following comments are just a few things that this floor had to say about Alecia:  She continues to amaze us with her work ethic; she will stop what she is doing if we need a room cleaned ASAP and it is always perfect; she always stays busy and keeps us going no matter how busy we are; Alecia is awesome and great to have around! Thank you for a job well done.
