At Gulf Coast Medical Center, we give special thanks to our employees who make a difference by going above and beyond. We have an ICARE program that allows patients, co-workers and caregivers to commend employees for their exceptional service and attitude. This is a true honor for our employees who are nominated and we are proud to put the spotlight on those who truly make a difference! Our ICARE program also highlights departments of exceptional service and we select a department each quarter based on patient nominations and feedback regarding the exceptional care they received at Gulf Coast Medical Center.
